Abstract:
The student‘s concept of teaching, with which he comes to the preparatory education program, forms a strong discourse for his further learning. Research suggests that preparatory education and teaching practice (Borg, 2003) have an impact on the concept of teaching, but other authors point out that it is necessary to diagnose this concept in the beginning and continue to work with it in a targeted manner (Joram & Gabriele, 1998). However, this can be challenging in the current context, where a large number of students are being prepared at the faculties of education. At the beginning of the internship, students go through a demanding process of socialization, which is perceived subjectively and this period can become critical for students. This research study aims to explore the effects of school culture on the career of a student teacher at the beginning of teacher training. The school culture has a great influence on the formation of professional identity and the student views from the perspective of his concept of teaching. In the following text, we first define the professional career of the teacher, the school culture and try to justify the role of supporting the school culture and training teacher. Then we present the data collection and analytical procedure. Based on the results of the analysis, we will try to answer a research question. Keywords:
